1. Who we are
Triple Four Logistics (also branded as 444 Logistics) is an Irish-owned delivery company providing last-mile parcel delivery, dedicated business routes and related logistics services across Dublin and Leinster. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
You can reach us on 089 496 1843, Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Our postal address is available on request.
2. The information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. If you complete the enquiry form on this website, we receive:
- Your name and, if you provide it, your company name
- Your email address and phone number
- The type of delivery service you are interested in
- Your collection and delivery areas
- Your estimated daily or weekly volume
- Any message you write to us
- Confirmation that you consented to us replying to your enquiry
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we will hold whatever contact details and information you share in that conversation.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to discuss a delivery arrangement that suits your business. We do not use it for anything else.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form. Where we go on to work together, we process your details on the basis of performing our contract with you and, in some cases, our legitimate interest in managing an ongoing business relationship.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
4. Who can access it
Your enquiry is seen by the people at Triple Four Logistics who handle quotations and route planning.
This website is hosted by Netlify, and enquiry form submissions are received and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as a processor on our behalf and may store data on servers inside and outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
5. How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to work together, we keep it for up to 24 months so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and then delete it. If we do work together, we keep records for as long as we need them to run the account and to meet Irish tax and business record-keeping obligations.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking.
We store a single entry in your browser's local storage to remember that you have already dismissed the notice at the bottom of the screen. It contains no personal information, it is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Irish Data Protection Acts you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it
- Have inaccurate details corrected
- Ask us to erase your data
- Ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
- Ask us to transfer it to another provider
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these rights, call us on 089 496 1843. We will respond within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
